1. Unique Walls offer free delivery to the UK, on all orders over £290.
2. Any order with delivery beyond the UK borders must be determined in a case by case basis with The Seller.
3. Packages are sent via courier.
4. Packaging for transport and all other packaging are not subject to return, according to the guidelines for packaging. The Buyer agrees to the disposal of containers at their own expense.
5. Estimated delivery time is approximately between 10 - 15 working days which is calculated from the change of status "in development" or "final confirmation of pictures with faults" and the day of shipment of the finished product to the courier company.
6. The Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the courier.
7. Orders with different processing time are sent after completion of all orders, mainly after the longest of these. Some of the completed products can be sent individually, in particular an order exceeding the size of a typical courier.
8. Extending the time of delivery does not relieve The Buyer from keeping the conditions of the purchasing contract, and in particular at the delivery process.
9. For delivery of goods not fulfilling the provisions of the agreement caused by a fault of The Seller, The Buyer agrees to grant The Seller an additional deadline for making the order in not less than 2 weeks.

It's SO easy to hang!

All our fabric wallpaper is bespoke, we print your wall mural to your specific measurements and the strips are 170cm apposed to 50cm with standard wallpaper. This makes installation easier and has a much cleaner finished look. Paint the adhesive onto the wall, then stick and roll down the wallpaper onto the wall and hang the strips from edge to edge. Q. What wallpaper material choices are available?

A. We offer 1 premium wallpaper material; Our fabric wallpaper is a premium alternative to traditional wallpaper and has a gorgeous matte finish as opposed to the traditional wallpapers. This unique product is difficult to scratch or scuff, this is dew to the durability of the high-quality fabric that is used. What’s even better, the coated fabric is produced by a colour-rich dye sublimation process, which allows us to print incredibly bright and accurate colours.

Q. How should I prepare my wall?

A. Make sure the surface is smooth and clean remove any old paint or wallpaper that is coming off. The preparation needed is actually very minimal and that’s down to the amazing quality of our fabric wallpaper.

Q. Does the mural come in panels?

A. Yes, the length of each panel will match the height you have entered for your wallpaper and each one simply butts up to the next adjacent panel during installation. All of your panels will be the same width and are numbered.

Q. Can I clean/wipe my wallpaper?

A. Yes, with care you can wipe clean your wallpaper. Simply take a clean damp sponge and wipe gently using warm water. Do not use chemical detergents on your wallpaper.

Q. Will the wall be damaged when I remove the wallpaper to re-decorate?

A. Our wallpaper is designed not to damage your wall when you remove it. You can actually remove our wallpaper and apply it to another wall.

Q. When should I arrange for a decorator?

A. We strongly recommend that you do not book a decorator until your wallpaper has arrived and you're happy with it. We use the highly reputable courier to deliver our orders, however on the rare occasion, orders may not arrive on the expected date through circumstances beyond our control.

Q. Can I pick the size of the wallpaper want?

A. Yes, you can customise the size of the wallpaper that you want. Simply add the dimensions that you want and the image will be cropped to show you what area of the image fits those dimensions. Once the crop marks are shown on the image, you can move these marks to highlight the exact area of the image that you want printed.

Q. Can I deliver to a different address?

A. When you are making your purchase, you can opt to have the wallpaper delivered to an address that is not your billing address. Simply click the send to a different delivery address option and fill in your alternative delivery address details.

Q. Will I be told when my wallpaper have been dispatched?

A. Yes, once your mural has been printed and has been dispatched to you via our courier, you will receive an email to inform you. This is normally within 3 days after placing your order.

Q. How many days after placing my order will I receive my mural?

A. Our normal delivery timescale within mainland UK is 7 to 10 working days.

Q. Will I receive an order confirmation?
